Whitney Paulowsky
Whitney is a passionate and experienced college admissions counselor. She spent 14 years at Accenture leading successful consulting teams across the globe focused on learning, talent development, recruiting, performance management, and communications. After Accenture, she worked in admissions at Georgia Institute of Technology for 4 years. During her tenure, she read 1,000s of applications gaining valuable insights into what’s important and how to stand out. Whitney is also a parent of a high school student, so she has a firsthand understanding of the challenges and stresses of the college admissions process.
Whitney's "can do" attitude helps put students at ease and allows them to own the process and feel a sense of achievement. She is committed to helping students find the right college fit and succeed in their academic and personal goals.
Whitney holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi, where she graduated with Honors and was named to the Ole Miss Hall of Fame. She is a past board member and chair of membership of the Emerging Leaders Board of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and currently serves on the Shepherd Impact Council and the UNC - Carolina Parents Leadership Council. Whitney and her husband are also past Presidents of the Pace Academy Booster Club and the Pace Fund New Family and Inclusion Leadership.
Whitney resides in Atlanta, GA with her husband, three children ages 18, 16, and 10, and two puppies.

Nicole has been around higher education her entire life and has a strong, firsthand understanding of the holistic review process from her time as an Admission Advisor at Emory University.
Nicole understands how to demystify the application process and is a sounding board and strong supporter for her students.
Nicole holds a B.A. in International Affairs and an MBA, both from the University of Georgia. She is a current board member of Nuci's Space and a member of the Development Committee for the Springmont School Board of Trustees. She lives in Atlanta, GA, with her husband, a two-and-a-half-year-old daughter, and dog.
Nicole Dancz
Jen Dracos-Tice is an Atlanta native with over 30 years of experience in the high school English classroom. Most notably, she taught upper school English at Westminster for 24 years, where she was recognized with the O. Wayne Rollins Faculty Award for Excellence in Teaching, the Merrill Distinguished Teaching Award, and two endowed English professorships. She was named a Georgia STAR Teacher and a Coca-Cola Scholar Educator of Distinction. At Westminster, she ran the school’s writing center, where she worked with hundreds of students on their college essays and directed the writing fellows program. She is passionate about celebrating students and their stories, the process of writing, and the power of the written and spoken word.
Jen holds a BA in English literature with Honors from Brown University and an MA in English from Indiana University. She is also the author of two poetry collections, which are available through her publisher, Main Street Rag. In addition to her teaching career, she has worked as a healthcare writer in DC, an editor at a Macmillan subsidiary in NYC, and a proofreader for Indiana University Press and Kaplan.
Jen and her wife have three children, all of whom are graduates of Westminster.
